Questions we're asked a lot.
Which areas do you cover?
Norwich and the villages around it — Wymondham, Dereham, Wroxham, Poringland and plenty in between. If you're a bit further out, ask anyway; we often can.
Do I need to be home?
Not for most outside jobs, as long as we can get in and reach a water point if needed. We'll always message when we're on the way and when we're done.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or cash after each visit, or a simple monthly invoice for regulars. No deposits for standard jobs, no card machines to fuss with.
What about the green waste?
We agree the plan before the job. Depending on the work, green waste can be bagged for your garden-waste collection, composted on site where suitable, or included in the quote for removal.
Can I see the job details before confirming?
Yes. Your request is not a confirmed booking or a payment. We reply with the proposed scope, timing and guide price so you can decide before work begins.
Can you help an older relative?
Yes. Tell us about access, communication preferences and what would make the visit comfortable. We keep arrangements clear and never require the customer to be online.
